The 2010 G37 is one of the most well-rounded entry-level luxury cars on the market. Its suspension makes it a comfortable commute car or family hauler. But taut steering and a willing powerplant give it the performance chops to compete with the top sport sedans in its class. What about the price? The Sport Sedan's base price increased from $33,050 to $34,250. That's not much, especially considering the improvements. But how much will you actually pay for one? 2009 has been a tough year economically. While that affects all sectors, luxury automobiles have been especially hard hit. The sticker can say whatever it says, but the price you pay depends on dealer incentives and negotiation too. Right now dealers are offering 3.9% APR financing for 72 months, or 0% APR financing for 36 months. Very nice. Negotiated prices depend a lot on how many cars the dealers are selling. Except for the gas sippers that disappeared like hotcakes during the government's cash for clunkers deal, cars aren't moving very fast. I visited the website of a local Infiniti dealership and found that they currently have more than 30 2009 G37s on their lot right now. Not only will the dealer negotiate, but you'll have your pick of colors and features.
